Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking an appointment or using the services of Kiro's Beauty Salon, located in Tampa, FL, Florida. By booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Appointments
All appointments must be scheduled in advance, either through our online booking system, by phone, or via our chat. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. We reserve the right to confirm or reschedule appointments based on stylist availability.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be required to provide a deposit for future bookings. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments at Kiro's Beauty Salon.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to modify or shorten your service to avoid delays for other clients. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. The full service fee may still apply.
Pricing
All prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on hair length, condition, the complexity of the service, or products used. Your stylist will provide a final quote before beginning any service. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Service Results
Results may vary depending on individual hair or nail condition, previous treatments, and personal characteristics. We strive to achieve the best possible results and will always consult with you prior to your service. We are not responsible for results that differ from reference photos if the condition of your hair or nails does not allow for the desired outcome.
Children & Guests
For the comfort and safety of all clients, we ask that you limit additional guests. Children must be supervised at all times while on the premises.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number when booking, you consent to receive appointment confirmations and reminders via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Deposits may be required for certain services or for clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows.
Right to Refuse Service
Kiro's Beauty Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including but not limited to: inappropriate behavior, failure to comply with salon policies, or health and safety concerns.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
